Methodology
How we decide whether a link should exist.
Our beliefs only matter if they show up in how we work. This is the reasoning behind every placement we recommend: what we look at, what we accept, and what we decline. The goal is simple. Every recommendation should be understandable and defensible before you decide anything.
How we evaluate each opportunity.
Map the market context
We start by clarifying the brand, category, buyer problem, target pages, and adjacent topics. Without that context, no outreach direction can be judged properly, so this comes before anything else.
Review source and page fit
We evaluate whether the publisher, the article intent, the surrounding copy, and the likely reader genuinely make sense for the brand mention. The source has to fit the brand, not just carry a metric.
Keep placement logic restrained
We use natural anchors, realistic claims, and page-level relevance instead of forcing keyword-heavy or volume-led link patterns. Restraint is what keeps a placement credible.
Inspection-ready
What inspection-ready means.
It does not mean exposing everything. It means every recommendation can be understood and defended before you decide.
You see the reasoning first
Every placement comes with a clear reason for why it fits your brand and your target page. You understand the logic before you commit to anything.
Saying no is part of the process
Not every opportunity is a good one. If a source, page, or angle does not fit, we are willing to decline it. Declining the wrong placement protects your brand more than adding another link.
No lock-in
If something does not fit, either side should be free to walk away. We would rather lose a placement than push one that does not deserve to exist.
Every decision is defensible
Inspection-ready does not mean making everything public. It means every recommendation can be explained and justified, so nothing we suggest is a black box.
